Totnes Timber provides custom sawmilling as well as stock items primarily focused around softwoods such as Larch, Douglas Fir and Western Red Cedar with other varieties also available. Our sawmill is set up for efficiency and material recovery which keeps our costs down and our prices competitive.

Cladding

We offer a range of cladding. Our popular cladding timber varieties are Larch, Douglas Fir and Western Red Cedar. We can produce waney edge cladding, feather edge cladding and square edge cladding boards, cut to order at dimensions to suit your requirements. Sawn timber

We can produce standard dimensional sawn timber at our sawmill as well as working to your own cutting lists for your timber framing, fencing or landscaping projects.

We hold a good stock of Douglas Fir which is a great choice for beams and framing timber due to its excellent strength to weight ratio.

Sawn timber

Sleepers

Totnes Timber produces timber sleepers for landscaping applications and retaining walls from quality larch timber. A much longer lasting alternative to the cheaper treated sleepers found in most timber merchants. These can be cut in a range of lengths. Delivery is available on all of our products.
